A pristine and magical island off the eastern coast of Mauritius with turquoise lagoons, clear and pleasant waters, white sands and diverse tropical vegetation. In the past, deer lived on this island and that’s why it was called that. To get to the beautiful island you need a boat, as the closest point from which you can sail to the island is Blue Bay. There you can choose the boat you will arrive with – motor/ wooden/ catamaran, the cruise usually takes about 20 minutes. On the island, beyond enjoying the special beaches, you can enjoy marine attractions: banana boats, surfing, paragliding and more. Golf lovers have a large private area that can be played. Those who want to have lunch can choose one of the restaurants on the island.
Cost : about 1000 Mauritian rupees per person (depending on the boat)
Length : sailing in the direction of length about 20 minutes
It is recommended to bring : equipment for the beach – sunscreen, towels, change of clothes, hats. Remember – there are restaurants on site but you can also bring food, water and snacks with you.
Tips : It is recommended to close the cruise in advance to ensure that when you arrive you can board and not waste precious time of the trip.
