Check-in and check-out times?
Check-in is from 14:00 and check-out is by 12:00. If you arrive before your room is ready, the hotel can store your luggage so you can start enjoying the facilities while you wait.
Do the rooms face the sea?
Many of the suites and villas enjoy sea, lagoon, or beachfront views, but not every category offers the same type of outlook. For a stronger direct sea view, it is best to choose categories such as the Junior Suite Beachfront, Beach Villa with a Private Pool, or Princely Villa.
Is it recommended to take half board?
Yes, half board is usually a very good option at Constance Prince Maurice. The resort has a strong dining offering with 3 restaurants, 3 bars, and a wine cellar, so having dinner included is often a worthwhile choice.
Does the hotel price include taxes?
The room rate does not include the Mauritius tourist fee. The current fee is €3 per person, per night for guests aged 12 and over.

The easiest way to explore Mauritius is by taxi, private transfer, or rental car. The hotel can arrange transfers on request, and the journey from the airport to the resort takes about 1 hour and 15 minutes by car.
When do you pay for the hotel?
For current direct offers, 50% is payable on confirmation and the remaining 50% is paid on arrival.
What is the hotel’s cancellation policy if the flight is cancelled?
For current direct offers, cancellations made up to 30 days before arrival do not incur a charge. Cancellations made 29 days to 1 day before arrival are charged at 50% of the total stay, and cancellations on the day of arrival or no-shows are charged at 100%.
