Check-in and check-out?

Check-in is from 14:00 and check-out is by 12:00. If you arrive early, the hotel can store your luggage and you’re welcome to start enjoying the resort facilities while you wait.

Do the rooms face the sea?

Not all room categories have the same view. Some rooms are set in the tropical gardens, while others are beachfront or offer a stronger sea view. For the best ocean outlook, it is worth booking a room category specifically marked Beachfront.

Is it recommended to take half board?

Yes, half board is usually a very good option at Paradis. The resort offers a wide choice of restaurants, including dining access linked to the adjacent Dinarobin Beachcomber, so it adds both convenience and value to your stay.

Does the price include taxes?

The room rate does not include the Mauritius tourist fee. The current fee is €3 per person, per night for guests aged 12 and over.

How do you get around the island?

The easiest way to explore Mauritius is by taxi, private transfer, or rental car. The hotel can assist with car rental, and if you choose to drive, please note that driving in Mauritius is on the left-hand side of the road.

When do you pay for the hotel?

For standard bookings, a 50% deposit is usually required to confirm the reservation, with the remaining balance paid at the hotel on arrival.

What is the hotel’s cancellation policy if the flight is cancelled?

Flight cancellations are generally handled in line with the hotel’s booking terms rather than automatically moved to a future date. For standard bookings outside peak season, cancellations are usually free up to 8 days before arrival. From 7 days before arrival, the full amount is charged.
