This website is managed and operated by Noah Tourism Ltd. (“Noah Tourism”, “we”, “us” or “our”).
The website is used to provide information, promote and market travel and tourism services in Israel and abroad, including but not limited to flights, accommodation, car rental, tours, transfers, ferries, activities and tailor-made travel planning services (“the Services”).
These Terms of Use apply to all visitors and users of the website. By using this website, requesting a quote, making an enquiry or booking a service through Noah Tourism, you agree to these Terms of Use, together with our Privacy Policy and any specific booking terms provided to you.
If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use this website or our services.
Use of the Website
Noah Tourism grants users a limited, personal, non-transferable licence to access and use the website for lawful, personal or business travel-related purposes only.
You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, publish, sell, modify, broadcast or make commercial use of any content on this website without prior written permission from Noah Tourism.
You also agree not to use the website in any way that may damage the website, interfere with its operation, mislead other users, or breach any applicable law.
Website Information and Travel Content
We do our best to ensure that all travel information, prices, descriptions, images, offers and recommendations on the website are accurate and up to date.
However, travel information can change quickly. This includes flight schedules, hotel rates, room availability, entry requirements, visa rules, taxes, resort fees, cancellation terms, supplier policies and seasonal offers.
All website content is provided for general information and marketing purposes only. Final prices, availability and booking conditions are only confirmed once supplied to you directly by Noah Tourism in writing and, where applicable, once the relevant supplier has confirmed the booking.
Prices, Quotes and Availability
Any price shown on the website, social media, WhatsApp, email or advertising material is subject to availability and supplier confirmation, unless expressly stated otherwise in writing.
Prices may change before a booking is confirmed due to supplier availability, exchange rates, taxes, fuel surcharges, government charges, fare class changes, room category availability or other factors outside our control.
A booking is only confirmed once payment has been received where required, the supplier has accepted the booking, and Noah Tourism has issued written confirmation.
Once a booking is confirmed, the confirmed price will apply, except where changes are requested by the customer, supplier terms allow for additional charges, government taxes or levies change, or an obvious error has occurred.
Best Online Rate Guarantee
Noah Tourism aims to offer highly competitive travel prices and to beat or match genuine online travel deals wherever reasonably possible.
Any wording used by Noah Tourism such as “best prices guaranteed”, “guaranteed prices”, “we beat online deals”, “best rate guarantee” or similar wording is subject to the terms in this section.
Our Best Online Rate Guarantee applies only to genuine, publicly available online travel deals that can be booked directly online by the general public at the time Noah Tourism verifies the deal.
To qualify, the competing online deal must be for the exact same product and booking conditions, including where relevant:
- The same hotel, resort, room type, board basis, dates, length of stay and number of guests.
- The same flight route, airline, flight numbers, travel dates, baggage allowance, fare class and cancellation or change conditions.
- The same car rental company, vehicle category, rental dates, insurance inclusions, mileage rules and collection or drop-off location.
- The same tour, transfer, ferry, activity or package inclusions.
- The same payment terms, cancellation policy, refund rules and booking restrictions.
- The same taxes, compulsory fees, service charges and supplier charges.
- A price that is visible, live, available and bookable online at the time we check it.
The guarantee does not apply to:
- Private quotes sent by another travel agent, consultant or supplier.
- WhatsApp, email, phone or custom-made quotes.
- Group rates, corporate rates, wholesale rates, closed-user rates or loyalty member rates.
- Package deals where the individual components cannot be clearly compared.
- Promo codes, coupons, cashback, credit card rewards, bank discounts or points-based offers.
- Prices shown on auction, resale, opaque booking or request-only platforms.
- Deals that require membership, login access or country-specific eligibility not available to the general public.
- Screenshots of prices that are no longer available when we verify them.
- Pricing errors, technical glitches, incorrect taxes or obvious mistake rates.
- Offers from websites or suppliers that Noah Tourism reasonably considers unreliable, unverifiable or unsafe to book through.
- Differences caused by currency conversion, bank fees, card fees or exchange rate fluctuations.
To submit a claim, the customer must send Noah Tourism a live link to the competing online deal, together with screenshots showing the full price, dates, product details, inclusions, cancellation terms and booking conditions.
Noah Tourism must be able to independently verify the lower online price before the booking is confirmed. If we cannot verify the offer, the claim will not qualify.
If a qualifying online deal is lower than the price offered by Noah Tourism, we will do our best to beat or match that online price.
If we cannot beat a qualifying online deal, Noah Tourism will offer the customer a US $25 travel voucher to use towards a future booking with Noah Tourism.
The US $25 voucher:
- Is issued once per booking or travelling party.
- Is not refundable or exchangeable for cash.
- Cannot be transferred or resold.
- Cannot be combined with another voucher unless Noah Tourism agrees in writing.
- Must be used on a future booking made directly with Noah Tourism.
- Is subject to availability and any booking conditions that apply to the future trip.
Noah Tourism reserves the right to reject any claim that is incomplete, unverifiable, misleading, abusive, fraudulent or not based on a genuine publicly available online booking.
Bookings Through Third-Party Suppliers
Noah Tourism acts as a travel planner, booking agent and facilitator for various third-party travel suppliers, including airlines, hotels, resorts, car rental companies, ferry operators, tour operators, transfer companies and destination service providers.
Each booking may be subject to the separate terms, conditions, cancellation policies, refund rules, liability limits and service standards of the relevant supplier.
By confirming a booking, you accept that supplier terms may apply in addition to Noah Tourism’s own terms.
Noah Tourism is not responsible for changes, delays, cancellations, service failures, overbooking, schedule changes, strikes, weather disruptions, force majeure events or operational issues caused by third-party suppliers, except where required by law.
Cancellations, Changes and Refunds
Cancellation and change terms vary depending on the specific supplier, product, destination, travel dates and booking conditions.
Some bookings may be refundable, partially refundable or non-refundable. Some may carry supplier cancellation fees, change fees, exchange rate differences, administrative charges or penalties.
Before confirming a booking, customers are responsible for reviewing the cancellation and payment terms provided for that specific booking.
Where Israeli consumer protection law applies, any mandatory rights available to the customer will remain in force. Israeli distance-selling rules may allow certain travel transactions to be cancelled within 14 days, provided the cancellation is made within the legal time limits and not too close to the service date. Some tourism services provided entirely outside Israel may be subject to the cancellation policy of the foreign service provider, depending on the circumstances and disclosures made before booking.
Refunds, where applicable, will be processed according to the supplier’s refund policy and timelines. Noah Tourism is not responsible for delays caused by airlines, hotels, banks, payment providers or other third-party suppliers.
Travel Documents, Visas and Entry Requirements
Customers are responsible for ensuring that they have valid passports, visas, travel authorisations, vaccinations, insurance documents, driving permits and any other documents required for travel.
Noah Tourism may provide general advice about travel requirements, but this information can change without notice. It is the customer’s responsibility to confirm the latest requirements with the relevant embassy, consulate, airline, government authority or official destination website before travel.
Noah Tourism will not be responsible if a customer is refused boarding, entry, check-in, car rental collection or participation in any service due to missing, invalid or incorrect documents.
Travel Insurance
We strongly recommend that all customers take out suitable travel insurance before travelling.
Travel insurance should cover, where relevant, medical expenses, trip cancellation, supplier failure, lost luggage, delays, personal liability, emergency evacuation, pre-existing medical conditions and any activities planned during the trip.
Noah Tourism is not responsible for losses that could have been covered by suitable travel insurance.

Nothing in these Terms of Use limits any liability that cannot legally be excluded under applicable law.
Force Majeure
Noah Tourism will not be liable for failure or delay in providing services where this is caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
This may include, but is not limited to, war, terrorism, civil unrest, natural disasters, extreme weather, pandemics, government restrictions, airport closures, airline disruptions, strikes, supplier insolvency, technical failures or changes in law or travel regulations.
